Trevor Bauer is accused of sexual abuse by a third woman after being suspended by the MLB

Hours after pitcher Trevor Bauer was suspended for 2 years by MLB, a third woman raised her voice to accuse him of sexual assault, reported TMZ.

The woman in question claimed that Bauer choked and slapped her without her consent in 2013 and 2014.

Major League Baseball suspended Bauer for two seasons for violating MLB’s domestic violence and sexual assault policy. The woman also assured that he was a witness during the 10-month investigation of the commissioner’s office.

The woman explained in her complaint that she met Bauer through a dating app in 2013, when the pitcher was a member of a minor league team for the now-Cleveland Guardians.

In the claim, the alleged victim explained that although the sexual relations were always consensual, during the act “things happened without my consent,” the New York Post reported. In fact, the woman specified that she was left unconscious on several occasions by Bauer’s continuous strangulation.

Bauer is under contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers through 2023 with an option for the 2024 season. In total, he will lose $35.3 million for this year and $35.3 million for next season, according to Spotrac.
