For several months we have been offering tool sheets in digital format to help caregivers during their sexual health consultations.
The digital format has practical aspects (immediate availability, transportability, updates, etc.), but the physical media are also interesting in consultation.
We have all seen, in some practices, anatomical charts or anatomical models which allow the patient to be shown different parts of the body etc (maybe even some of you have them).
For example, orthopedists often have a spine model, midwives a pelvis etc.
There are no such products for sex therapists yet. nor for caregivers who want to promote and discuss sexual health with their patients, and we decided to fix that 🙂
1) Partnership with BIVEA Medical
Using dilators is an important step in treating vaginismus, and we’ve found that showing patients what these dilators look like in real life helps them take action.
Thanks to our partnership with BIVEA Medical, you can receive a free demonstration binder containing 5 Vagiwell dilators, which you can show to your patients in order to demystify their use.
To receive this Kit, simply go to your digital tool sheets “Management of female sexual dysfunction”> “Vaginismus”> ⭐️ Bonus: Get a demo dilator kit, and complete the form. This demonstration kit is reserved for caregivers who have purchased our files, for educational purposes only.
NB: Thanks to our partnership with Bivea, your patients can benefit from a 10% reduction on the purchase of Vagiwell dilators by using the promo code X57QA10 on the site https://shop.bivea-medical.fr/.
If this partnership is successful, we will try to create others of the same kind in order to give you the possibility of benefiting from other demonstration products like the vacuum Medintim®or the diaphragm CAYA® contraceptives
2) Medical posters and anatomical charts
80% of people who suffer from a sexual problem do not dare to talk to their practitioner …
Posters, highlighted in your office or waiting room, could offer an opportunity to your patients or to yourself to broach the subject, while having a visual support to give explanations.
And if the poster is pretty, decorative or even artistic, I think it’s even better :)!
3) Decorative accessories
It is sometimes difficult to get out of the cliché of the austere cabinet, with immaculate white walls and a neon light …
However, we spend most of our time in our consulting office, and it is not easy to choose a decoration that is both neutral but still reflects our tastes and our personality.
By making our tool sheets, we had the chance to work with very talented graphic designers, draftsmen and artists to illustrate our sheets.
Why not call on them to draw canvases, frames or even office objects that could brighten up our practice while being in the theme of sexual health?
We are thinking for example of:
- paintings representing the genitals in an artistic way
- office supplies (mouse pad, mug, laptop sleeve)
- cushions (for therapists who use armchairs or a bench)
Give us your opinion !
We are in discussion with printers who offer to create custom works.
We would like to launch several physical products adapted to our practices: educational products, anatomical boards and decorative objects.
If you find this idea interesting, fill out this short questionnaire which will allow us to better understand your needs.
We want to thank the author of this article for this remarkable material
