This sentence is added to the one imposed by the Morón Justice last year, who sentenced Filippa to 8 years and 6 months in prison for the crime of seriously outrageous sexual abuse, aggravated for being committed against a 15-year-old student of hers. year old.

The man – who was already in effective prison since December 2019 – was convicted of distributing photos and videos of naked children that were distributed in a WhatsApp group managed by Filippa himself, in which minors participated.

In the course of the investigation, former students of the condemned man testified, who stated that Filippa abused them when they were between 13 and 17 years old, in all the years that he trained them.

The MPF pointed out that one of them testified in the context of the trial as a context witness, who “stated that the accused had sexually abused him on several occasions many years ago, that is to say that the convicted person had been committing abusive behavior towards minors at least 30 years”.

The investigation included the participation of the Judicial Investigation Corps of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which intervened in the requested raids, in the computer skills carried out on the kidnapped elements, as well as in the recognition of minor victims.
