Chihuahua, Chih.- The control judge José Ángel Moreno Campos issued an order to link the process against the agent of the Road Police, José Alejandro GF, for the crimes of sexual abuse and rape, both with aggravated penalties, against the victims identified as KLCG and CASG, on April 11 and 18 of this year, respectively.

During the hearing on April 26, the Public Ministry established that, during the early hours of Monday, April 11, the KLCG victim was detained in her Nissan Altima vehicle on the La Juventud and Mirador peripheral by a police officer. Vial, who touched him on various parts of his body.

At the beginning of the hearing, the accused’s defense, headed by Erika Jasso Carrasco, presented several videos taken by the cameras of the Chihuahua Shield Platform (PECUU), which supposedly show the moment in which the agent detained the victims, with the intention of separating his client from the facts.

The lawyer also tried to combat the accusation, pointing out that there were several inconsistencies in the victims’ statements and that there were not enough elements to directly point to their client as the person responsible for the reported facts.

Contrary to the arguments of the defense, the judge pointed out that, although the videos do not capture the acts of sexual abuse and rape, they do provide information on who may have driven the vehicles involved in the events and, thus, establish the possible participation of the accused. .

Regarding the contradictions of the victims, the judge stressed that, since it is a traumatic event, it is understandable that there are inconsistencies, but both were clear and forceful in establishing the attacks to which they were subjected.

Regarding the lack of traces of violence in the CASG case, the judge indicated that beyond the lack of injuries, the medical report established that there had been a recent penetration.

“It is clear to me that a lot of investigation is still required, but up to this moment there is sufficient evidence to establish a probability of the investigation of José Alejandro in these events,” the judge concluded.

After issuing a binding order, it established a period of three months to conclude the complementary investigation.
